This course provides a broad introduction to agriculture as a science, business, and way of life. It examines the role of agriculture in food production, economic development, environmental sustainability, and livelihoods, with emphasis on both traditional and modern farming systems. You will be introduced to major agricultural sectors including crop production, animal husbandry, agribusiness, soil and water management, and agricultural extension.
