This course introduces you to agroforestry systems as sustainable land-use and natural resource management practices that integrate trees with crops and/or livestock on the same land management unit. It examines the ecological, economic, and social principles underlying agroforestry and its role in improving agricultural productivity, food security, climate resilience, and environmental conservation.
